September 2014.

Having visited Paris already, my next big adventure in 2014 was Vancouver, Canada. I've been to Canada quite a few times already as I have family there but every visit seems to be better than the last.

This time I was determined to make the most of trip and do things I've never done before. Vancouver is known for being a picturesque city so I wanted to experience those sights with my own eyes.

I spent two weeks over there and I definitely made the most of it. The most memorable part of my trip was probably...

- Learning to ride a bike

Yep. 22 years old and I still didn't know how to ride a bike. I have to say a massive thank you to my aunt who not only encouraged me to learn but ran alongside me keeping me stable whilst I pedalled away in the park on my little cousins bike haha.

Along with my new life skill I did a lot of hiking (in particular Grouse Mountain, the views are breathtaking), enjoyed a relaxing family getaway to Manning Park, rekindled my love for swimming and met a lot of new and wonderful people!

Canada has and always will be one of my favourite places to visit and I can't wait for my next Canadian adventure.

Pooja x
